1. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By engaging with Kalefu's manufacturing services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all business relationships, including OEM/ODM partnerships, product customization, and wholesale arrangements.

2. MANUFACTURING SERVICES

Kalefu provides comprehensive camera battery and charger manufacturing services, including:

Custom product design and development
OEM/ODM manufacturing with 10+ years expertise
Quality control with ±0.1mm tolerance precision
100% functional testing before shipment
Advanced surface treatment and finishing

All manufacturing processes adhere to international quality standards and environmental regulations.

3. QUALITY ASSURANCE

We guarantee strict quality control throughout our manufacturing process:

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6. LIABILITY & WARRANTIES

Kalefu provides manufacturing warranties covering material defects and production quality issues. Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products within the agreed warranty period.

All products undergo comprehensive testing including suction, current, voltage, temperature rise, lifespan, and drop tests before shipment.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are established based on order volume, customization requirements, and business relationship duration. Standard terms include:

Deposit requirements for custom tooling and development
Progress payments aligned with production milestones
Final payment before shipment release
Flexible terms for established partnership accounts

8. TERMINATION & MODIFICATIONS

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in manufacturing capabilities, quality standards, or regulatory requirements. Significant modifications will be communicated to all active business partners.

Either party may terminate agreements with appropriate notice period as defined in individual contracts, ensuring orderly completion of ongoing projects.
